I have no official sources on this, so I'm gonna have to go full lazy mode here and just forward the message posted in the Gorillaz Fan Server.
As you may know, these folks work closely with the official server - so chances are that this is legit, but I'll still ask you to take this with a grain of salt just in case

BBC Radio 1 have confirmed that the first single for Gorillaz next album debuts this week.
The single will be playing on BBC Radio 1 during this Thursday's "New Music Show with Jack Saunders". The single will likely be posted on streaming as soon as it's been played live. The show is 2 hours long, and unfortunately it is very possible they save it until the end.

(also damon will be on to talk a little bit)

Radio Show starts at:Sep 11, 2025 1:00 PM (Sep 11, 2025 1:00 PM) (This is in your local time) (edited)

I want to express my deepest appreciation and thanks to every GUer, new and old, that I was lucky enough to encounter for any period of time this last week. It is such an incredible privilege to be a part of such an amazing community. Gorillaz is so much more than art and music - it’s a place in time. It’s now. It’s tomorrow. It’s all of us. Thank you all online and offline for being a part of that.

Cheers to another phase of Gorillaz, and more importantly, another phase of Gorillaz-Unofficial!! ❤️

Spoilers for today’s show will stay in #tour until it’s played! After that, I think it’s fair game for #gorillaz-discussion
